Every amazing member of BCMF knows what it’s like to feel the aches in burning muscles. We all know the feeling of wanting to run out of the building when we hear “Just 10 more.” If I’m honest there was one time this morning that I looked at the open warehouse door and thought, “I could easily run out now- no one is looking.” (kidding. Or am I?) We all relate to the pain and the endurance it takes to complete a workout.

Quick pizza brings me joy.

I think I crave pizza more then any other food. It does have some health benefits… right? I know this is supposed to be a blog section all about promoting healthy living. I am categorizing this as healthy because pizza is healthy for my mind. Okay? Don’t judge me. I’m so in love with pizza that when I hear someone say that don’t like pizza I have a realllllly hard time connecting with them.

I’m not here to lecture you about the negative side effects of table sugar and heavy cream in your coffee, because darling, I know it’s good. But honestly, I have never regretted making the switch. I actually prefer the coconut over the dairy creamer because it’s smooth and a bit lighter. It doesn’t taste like coconut, so no worries of drinking a pina colada in the morning.

Personally, I believe being healthy entails more then just what we eat and drink and how we exercise. I think we also need to keep our minds and spirits healthy. We aren’t just flesh and bone, so in my opinion, the gym and greens won’t cut it. We need to be sure that we are caring for all aspects of who we are.
